Marc Maillot
Doctor in Egyptology from Paris-Sorbonne University, Marc was appointed as director of the SFDAS/French Unit in Khartoum. Specialized in Meroitic Architecture and Urbanism, he is a member of the French missions in Saï (SFDAS/CNRS) and el-Hassa (Louvre/SFDAS/NCAM/CNRS). He is also an associate member of the Research Unit 8167 CNRS (Orient et Méditerranée, composante mondes pharaoniques) since 2013 and Courtesy Assistant Professor at the University of Central Florida since 2015.
